Beach House Ballroom Wedding / Alexa & Cody

Alexa and Cody had a Beach House Ballroom Wedding at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club last July.

When I say this couple is easily the most photogenic, happy couple I’ve photographed, you will believe me when you see these images! When I pulled Alexa’s sneak peaks last summer I pulled 82 images! Whoops!

This blog post has more images than normal just because it is impossible to narrow it down.

Alexa chose a periwinkle blue to compliment the natural, nautical elements of the Beach House Ballroom at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club. Her style was feminine, classic, chic, and I couldn’t love it more.

Cody also had impeccable style. He had hot pink socks with Alexa’s face all over it which was a cute touch. He also had Yeezy tennis shoes he changed into at the reception. His bowtie was made of black feathers. C’mon now!

Everyone surrounding Alexa & Cody were just as happy as they were! I had no problem getting genuine smiles out of this crew.

Even though they did a first look, they both teared up when Alexa came down the aisle and during their vows. Rest assured, a first look just helps with nerves and allows for better time management of portraits. It doesn’t take away from the emotion of the day!

They had a live band at their reception. It was so entertaining for everyone there, no matter how old! Alexa & Cody were able to go up with the band at the end of the night and sing the closing song. Such an epic memory!

I can’t say enough about how much I loved this day and this couple. Even though it was blazing hot, everyone kept their attitudes and their smiles positive and big and we made it the best day ever!

Enjoy a glimpse into the magic that is Alexa and Cody Chamberlain!
